Welcome to Burford Town Bowls Club website.
Burford is an historic town and the gate way to the Cotswolds. It sits just off the A40 midway between Oxford and Cheltenham. Perched at the top of the hill off Tanner's Lane, Burford Town Bowls Club lies hidden from view and has done so since it was formed in 1931.
Burford Bowls Club today is what it has always been, a welcoming club where friendly competition thrives. Today the club has approximately 50 matches, played home and away, plus club and county competitions. Most of the away games are within 25 miles of Burford, so if your looking for some gentle exercise with a competitive edge in beautiful surroundings, come and join us, you will be glad you did.
